40 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Meet the diagnostic criteria for ischaemic stroke disease; age 40-70 years; first onset, lesion located in unilateral basal ganglia; duration of disease 1-3 months; FMA-UE proximal portion <26 points; no other neurological and psychiatric diseases before onset; clear and compliant; primary school education or above; right-handed; no contraindications to rTMS treatment and MRI examination.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Previous cerebral infarction; multiple lesions; presence of definite softening foci; concomitant other cranioencephalic lesions; previous history of severe CNS damage; severe physical illness.
