Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years; 2. The patient himself/herself has reasonable expectations of the SMILE procedure and is willing to remove the lens 3. Binocular spherical equivalent difference (spherical power + 1/2 x cylinder power) >=1.0D, corrected visual acuity >=0.8 4. No soft contact lens wear for one week and no aesthetic pupil wear for two weeks; 5. The refractive power of the patient is stable in the past two years (the annual refractive power increase is <=0.50D); 6. The patient was able to follow the postoperative instructions on time and review regularly.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Age 0.50D per year); 5. Patients with vision-impacting cataract, severe dry eye, and uncontrolled glaucoma; 6. Active autoimmune and systemic connective tissue diseases, such as multiple sclerosis, systemic lupus erythematosus, etc.; mental symptoms such as depression and anxiety
