Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Age< 3 years old; 2) Elective correction of intracardiac malformations under cardiopulmonary bypass; 3) The subject and/or guardian understands the purpose of the study, the possible risks and benefits of the study, agrees to participate in this clinical study, and voluntarily signs the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Those who are allergic to the drugs used in this study; 2) Participated in drug clinical research within 3 months; 3) fever and body temperature higher than 38°C 24 hours before surgery; 4) Patients with severe heart, liver and kidney function abnormalities; 5) Children who use drugs that affect renal function such as gentamicin or vancomycin within 7 days before surgery; 6) Other conditions that are considered inappropriate by the investigator to be enrolled in this clinical study.
