Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The endoscopic findings and pathological diagnosis of the study participants met the diagnostic criteria for colorectal cancer; 2. The age range of the study participants is 40-80 years old, with no gender restrictions; 3. Voluntarily sign the informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Previously received neoadjuvant chemotherapy or immunotherapy; 2.Merge severe cardiovascular and pulmonary diseases; 3.Combined coagulation dysfunction; 4.Not signing the informed consent form;
