Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 18~85 years old; (2) meet the diagnostic criteria for ESRD in the chronic kidney disease guidelines developed by the 2002 Kidney Disease Prognostic Quality Initiative (K/DOQI) Working Group, and require maintenance hemodialysis; (3) regular hemodialysis >= for 3 months, >= twice a week; (4) Meet the diagnostic criteria for end-stage renal disease and have 1 or more of the 10 chronic diseases (diabetes, hypertension, coronary heart disease, stroke, liver disease, cancer and other malignant tumors, chronic lung diseases, heart disease, digestive tract diseases, arthritis or rheumatism, and asthma); (5) Clear consciousness, good communication and literacy skills; (6) The patient's relevant clinical data are complete; (7) Voluntarily sign the informed consent form, be able to cooperate with the investigation and research, and have good compliance.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Suffering from severe mental illness or cognitive impairment; (2) Illiterate or dyslexic.
