Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: This study plans to include all adult patients (>= 18 years old) who underwent open or minimally invasive distal pancreatectomy between January 2020 and December 2024, focusing on the clinical characteristics and diagnosis and treatment of postoperative delayed massive hemorrhage.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria for this study are as follows: 1. Patients with bleeding caused by reasons other than pancreatic surgery operations. 2. Patients with incomplete clinical data or missing important data that affects data analysis.
