Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Meet the diagnostic criteria for TS. 2.Be at least 10 years old at the time of screening. 3.In accordance with ethical requirements (if necessary), the patient and/or their guardian sign the informed consent. 4.Be expected to be able and willing to comply with the research protocol, including visits to the research center, examinations, evaluations, etc.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Known allergy or intolerance to materials involved in the oral glucose tolerance test(OGTT ) (such as those allergic or intolerant to glucose). 2.Other conditions that not suitable to participant to the study where estimated by the researchers.
