20 Years to 79 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 20~79 years old; 2. Preoperative CT shows tumor diameter =0.5; 3. Preoperative CT showed peripheral-type solitary nodule or concomitant lesion was microinfiltration and below; 4. Intraoperative frozen diagnostic margins were negative 5. Good lung function [actual one-second expiratory volume with exertion FEV1 >=1.5L or FEV1/exertion lung volume; >=60%], able to tolerate both segmental and lobectomy; 6. Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) physical status score of 0 to 2; 7. Voluntary participation and signed informed consent, ability to comply with the study modality plan and other protocol requirements

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with emphysema; 2. Patients with preoperative imaging or mediastinal lymph node puncture suggesting positive preoperative lymph nodes; 3. Patients with distant metastasis or pleural fluid or ascites detected by preoperative examination; 4. Those who are diagnosed as carcinoma in situ, micro-invasive adenocarcinoma or papillary carcinoma by intraoperative freezing; 5. Those with severe impairment of heart, liver or kidney function; 6. Those with history of lung surgery or radiotherapy; 7. Extensive pleural adhesions; 8. Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 9. Pre-operative anti-tumor therapy by any means, including interventional chemoembolization, ablation, radiotherapy, chemotherapy, and molecular targeted therapy; 10. History of other malignant tumors within 5 years prior to enrollment; 11. Other uncontrollable and inoperable patients.
