18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) aged 18-75 years; (2) confirmed diagnosis of type 2 diabetes mellitus; (3) fatty liver by ultrasonography; (4) exclusion of patients with other causes of fatty liver such as alcohol consumption and alcoholism (5) no use of hypoglycemic drugs and weight-loss medications, etc., in the last 3 months; (6) complete study data and informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) intolerance to semaglutide and change the medication regimen on their own; (2) suffering from severe complications of diabetes or type 1 diabetes; (3) suffering from primary liver and pancreatic tumors, hepatitis, and cirrhosis of the liver; (4) women who are pregnant or breastfeeding; (5) obesity caused by antidepressants, glucocorticoids, and other medications;
