Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Depressive disorders: inclusion criteria 1. Complies with ICD-11 diagnostic criteria for depressive disorders HAMD-24 rating>20 3. Age between 18-65 years old; Right-handed 4. Han ethnicity; 5. Correct visual acuity>1.0 6. Understand the content and requirements of this study, inform each participant in detail of the trial purpose, methods, procedures, and possible discomfort and risks before the trial, and voluntarily participate in this study and sign an informed consent form. Normal control group: 1. Han Chinese; 2. Age between 18-65 years old, right-handed; HAMD-24 score1.0; 5. Understand the content and requirements of this study, voluntarily participate in this study, and sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Serious physical illnesses, history of traumatic brain injury, substance dependence and abuse, and other diseases that can lead to cognitive impairment; 2. Those who have received shock free electroconvulsive therapy; 3. Individuals with severe cognitive impairment, psychiatric symptoms, bipolar disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, and attention deficit disorder; 4. Pregnant and lactating women.
