Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Trainee physician of Zhangzhou Class, Xiamen Medical College; 2. The first academic degree is a bachelor's degree.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Violation of relevant rules and regulations for intern physicians; 2.Refuse to participate in this teaching research; 3.Withdraw halfway due to personal or family reasons.
