Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who underwent elective left lobectomy, regardless of gender, age 18~64 years old, BMI 18~27.9 kg/m^2, ASA grade II or III

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Glaucoma or other disorders with increased intraocular pressure; Patient's history of previous lung surgery; Severe arrhythmia, coronary heart disease, liver and kidney dysfunction; Presence of pulmonary diseases such as COPD (except GOLD1), asthma, lung infection, and bronchiectasis before surgery; History of radiotherapy-free treatment before surgery; Patient refuses to sign informed consent.
