Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 18-65; 2.Head trauma with a first diagnosis of craniocerebral injury made within 24 h of admission and confirmed by imaging on admission; 3.Patients with a GCS score of 13-15 and a post-injury coma time of <20 min; 4.Clinical electronic case information is accessible to those who are able to access it.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who have developed a pulmonary infection prior to admission; 2.Those with concurrent cranial tumors or combined cerebrovascular disease; 3.Patients with a combination of other acute and chronic infectious diseases, immunodeficiency or autoimmune diseases, blood disorders and tuberculosis; 4.Patients transferred to neurosurgery from other departments during hospitalization; 5.Patients with >30% missing values in clinical variables identified after admission; 6.Patients with incomplete clinical data and hospitalization <48 hours.
