Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Mothers of premature infants with gestational ages less than 37 weeks at the time of delivery, who are willing to breastfeed; 2. Mothers of premature infants were in good health in the past, without major internal or surgical diseases, and had no comorbidities such as diabetes and hypertension during pregnancy; 3. The milk samples meet the management standards of HMB for premature infants.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Mothers of premature infants are exposed to antibiotics or take probiotics; 2.Newborns have serious illnesses or chromosomal abnormalities; 3.Not being permanent residents of Zhejiang Province; 4.Mothers of premature infants have a history of alcohol consumption, smoking, and illegal drug use during pregnancy.
