Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing thoracoscopic lobectomy or segmental resection under general anesthesia. 2.BMI 18-25 kg/m^2. 3.ASA I or II level.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Lidocaine allergy. 2. Chronic alcoholism 3. Culture below junior high school. 3. Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, abnormal liver and kidney function. 4. Hypertension, diabetes, anemia. 5. Lung function examination FEV1/FVC< 65%. 6. Long-term use of sedative and analgesic drugs, coagulation dysfunction. 7. Intraoperative blood loss of more than 300 ml.
