LB2 group:Performing interscalene brachial plexus block using 99.75 mg of liposomal bupivacaine.
LB3 group:Performing interscalene brachial plexus block using 133 mg of liposomal bupivacaine.

18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) ASA classification levels I to III; (2) Scheduled arthroscopic shoulder surgery; (3) Body mass index (BMI) 20 to 30 kg/m^2; (4) Age 18 to 65 years; (5) Participants voluntarily join the study and sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Severe functional impairment of important organs; (2) Allergy to the study drug; (3) Pregnancy; (4) Severe coagulopathy; (5) Skin infection at the puncture site; (6) Inability to communicate preoperatively due to visual, auditory, language, or other reasons.
