Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients accepted upper abdominal surgery via laparoscopy. 2. 18-75 years old. 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists level I–II. 4. Clear consciousness after surgery and have good cooperation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Language barriers or communication difficulties. 2. Refuse or cannot understand the Informed Consent Form, cannot use the Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) , or a history of mental illnesses. 3. Known allergy to local anaesthetics. 4. Presence of local infection at the block site; 5. BMI>35kg/?; 6. Coagulopathy or use of anticoagulants; 7. Have chronic pain disease or long-term use of analgesi;
