18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age 18 ~ 65 years old, gender is not limited 2) Patients were clinically diagnosed with periodontitis according to the diagnostic criteria of the International Classification of Periodontitis 2018 3) The site is an isolated lesion that required surgical treatment, and the following conditions are listed below a. PD >= 5mm at baseline and vertical bone defects were found b. After intraoperative debridement, there was a vertical bone defect located on the facial surface c. Keratinized gingiva >=2mm d. The distance from the bottom of the pocket to the root apex should be at least 3mm 4) The test teeth have been scaled 5) Test tooth mobility <= I degree 6) The patient is willing to cooperate with the operation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) The test teeth had a history of periodontal surgery within 1 year 2) uncontrolled systemic diseases 3) History of osteoporosis 4) Use bisphosphonates 5) Pregnancy or lactation 6) Participating in other clinical trials for nearly 3 months 7) Mental abnormality without autonomous capacity 8) poor compliance 9) People who cannot accept pig-derived products
