Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Inclusion criteria for the disease group: 1. The discharge diagnosis of inpatients was adopted, which met the diagnostic criteria for schizophrenia or bipolar disorder in ICD-10; 2. Age: 18-55 years old 3. Education: Primary school graduation or above, capable of understanding the content of neuropsychological tests; 4. Race: Han ethnicity 5. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form. 2.Inclusion criteria for healthy controls: 1. Interviews were conducted with normal controls to rule out any disease or disorder in the diagnostic criteria of ICD-10; 2. Good social function (able to go to work or school normally, not retiring due to illness), with full behavioral and responsibility capabilities; 3. Age: 18-55 years old; 4. Education: Primary school graduation or above, capable of understanding the content of neuropsychological tests; 5. Race: Han ethnicity 6. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Exclusion criteria for the disease group: 1. Those with severe physical diseases, organic brain diseases, or neurological diseases; 2. Individuals with other mental disorders such as depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, schizoid affective mental disorder, organic mental disorder, and material-related mental disorder, as well as other cognitive disorders such as mental retardation, who meet the criteria of ICD-10; 3. Those with color blindness or color weakness that affects neurocognitive tests, or those with metal objects in their bodies (such as metal dentures, pacemakers, etc.) that affect MRI examinations. 2.Exclusion criteria for the healthy control group: 1. Disease history: Individuals with mental disorders or personality disorders diagnosed by ICD-10; Those with serious physical diseases, organic brain diseases or neurological diseases; 2. Family history: Those with a positive family history of mental illness in the second and third generations; 3. History of drug treatment: Those who have taken antipsychotic drugs, antidepressants, or used benzodiazepines or other drugs affecting the central nervous system one month before MRI and cognitive examinations; 4. Those with color blindness or color weakness that affects neurocognitive tests, or those with metal objects in their bodies (such as metal dentures, pacemakers, etc.) that affect MRI examinations.
