Gold Standard:Reference Standard: The efficacy of neoadjuvant chemotherapy in patients was assessed according to the Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors (RECIST 1.1).
Index test:Quantitative parameters of contrast-enhanced ultrasound: peak intensity (PI), time to peak (TTP), rise time (RT), mean transit time (MTT), wash-in rate (WIR), and area under the curve (AUC)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients diagnosed with ovarian cancer (pathological type: epithelial ovarian cancer) and scheduled to receive neoadjuvant chemotherapy; 2.Aged at least 18 years old; 3.Capable of cooperating to complete contrast-enhanced ultrasound examinations; 4.All participants provided informed consent and signed the corresponding informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.With severe cardiorespiratory diseases; 2.Inadequacy of hepatic and renal functions; 3.Pregnant or lactating women; 4.Postoperative recurrent patients; 5.Patients diagnosed with ovarian cancer (non-epithelial pathological type);
