Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Postoperative histopathology confirmed primary breast cancer, prostate cancer, lung cancer, kidney cancer, thyroid cancer, multiple myeloma and digestive tract cancer; 2. Accept bone scans or PET imaging examinations; 3. Age between 30-80 years old; 4. Individuals who have not merged with other life-threatening diseases; 5. The patient's clinical and pathological data are complete.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of osteoporosis or traumatic fractures before enrollment; 2. Patients who have used drugs that affect bone metabolism, such as bisphosphonates or denosumab, in the past 3 months; 3. Patients with endocrine diseases that affect bone metabolism, such as diabetes, hyperthyroidism, hyperparathyroidism, Cushing's syndrome, etc; 4. Pregnant and lactating women; 5. Combine patients with multiple other malignant tumors, severe heart, lung, liver, kidney, or hematological diseases.
