Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients scheduled to undergo laparoscopic cholecystectomy; 2.Classified as ASA (American Society of Anesthesiologists) physical status I or II; 3.Willing to voluntarily participate in the trial and provide signed informed consent; 4.Aged between 18 and 65 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Age 65 years; 2.History of severe postoperative nausea and vomiting (PONV); 3.Long-term use of opioids or psychotropic medications,Pregnancy or lactation; 4.History of adverse reactions to anesthesia or allergies to medications used during surgery,Hyperthyroidism; 5.Infection at the nerve block site or refusal to undergo nerve block; 6.Obesity with a BMI >28 kg/m^2.
