Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.18~65 years old, gender unlimited; 2. It was diagnosed with H. pylori infection by urea breath test; 3. There are indications of H. pylori eradication without countervailing factors; 4. Did not receive H. pylori eradication therapy; 5. No antibiotics, bismuth and antibacterial active Chinese medicine were taken 4 weeks before treatment; No P-CAB, PPI, H2 receptor antagonists or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs were taken in the first 2 weeks. 6. Informed and consented to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. There are important basic diseases, such as severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver and kidney insufficiency, abnormal coagulation function, malignant tumors, etc. 2. History of digestive system surgery, or complicated with severe digestive tract diseases, such as tumor, digestive tract bleeding, Zollinger-Ellison Syndrome, inflammatory bowel disease, etc.; 3. History of allergy to related drugs; 4. Participants involved in intestinal microecology have taken laxatives or developed acute gastroenteritis, or immunosuppressants or hormones in the past 4 weeks; Have a history of chronic constipation, and the average number of spontaneous bowel movements is less than 3 times per week; Or have a history of chronic or recurrent diarrhea, accompanied by spontaneous unformed defecation greater than or equal to 3 times a day; 5. In pregnancy or breastfeeding; 6. Participating in other clinical experiments; 7. Researchers believe that it is not suitable for inclusion.
