Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Clinical suspicion of thrombotic disorders: 1. Meet the clinical diagnostic criteria for the diagnosis of acute thrombotic diseases (such as suspected PTE, AMI, IS, etc., see the Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Thrombotic Diseases in China 2018 for specific diagnostic criteria); 2. Within 48 hours of onset, age 18-80 years old; 3. Informed consent and signed written consent. Healthy control group: 1. Match the age and gender of the patient group; 2. No history of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, no other blood and immune system diseases; 3. No obvious abnormalities were found in the physical examination; 4. Informed consent and signed written consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Long-term treatment with antiplatelet drugs (aspirin, clopidogrel, ticagrelor, etc.); 2. Combined with severe infection, sepsis or other serious systemic diseases; 3. Pregnant and lactating females; 4. Those with a history of severe liver and kidney dysfunction or malignant tumors; 5. Those with a history of recent surgery or trauma.
