Interventions

suture hemostasis group:Hemostasis is achieved for the ovarian wound surface using a suturing method.
bipolar electrocoagulation hemostasis group:Hemostasis is achieved on the ovarian surface using bipolar electrocoagulation.
hemostatic yarn compression hemostasis group:Hemostasis is achieved on the ovarian surface using hemostatic gauze to apply pressure.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Unilateral ovarian benign cysts can be removed by single-port laparoscopic surgery in accordance with the relevant diagnostic criteria of Obstetrics and Gynecology (9th Edition), and confirmed by surgical pathological examination; 2. 6 months before the normal menstrual cycle and did not use hormone therapy; 3. Laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy (LOCR) for the first time; 4. Normal immune system and blood coagulation function; 5. Obtain follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with ovarian malignant tumor or other malignant tumor; 2. Combined with polycystic ovary syndrome or other ovarian diseases; 3. Complicated with infectious diseases; 4. History of pelvic or ovarian surgery; 5. Heart, liver, kidney and other important organs dysfunction; 6. Use of hormonal drugs within 6 months before surgery; 7. Conversion to open surgery or bilateral cysts; 8. Loss of follow-up or missing data after surgery.
