Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women who undergo regular prenatal check-ups in the Department of Obstetrics of the General Hospital of the Northern Theater Command of the Chinese People's Liberation Army; 2. Aged 18 years old or above; 3. Having complete statistical information (last menstrual period date, gestational weeks, BMI) and laboratory test results; 4.Singleton pregnancy, without pregnancy complications (such as gestational hypertension, anemia) and chronic diseases (such as diabetes, kidney disease), and without adverse pregnancy outcomes.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Adverse pregnancy outcomes, including miscarriage, fetal malformation, stillbirth and embryonic arrest; 2.Pregnancy complications, including gestational diabetes mellitus and preeclampsia; 3. Presence of chronic diseases before pregnancy or a history of long-term medication use (such as abnormal thyroid function, use of immunosuppressants).
