Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Inclusion criteria for the NPSLE group:(1) SLE with neuropsychiatric symptoms met the neuropsychiatric symptoms as defined by the 1999 ACR; (2) Age 18-55 years; (3) Female; (4) Right-handed ; (4) Can cooperate with MRl and neuropsychological examination; 2.Inclusion criteria for the non-NPSLE group: (1) Patients meeting the 2019 ACR criteria for SLE; (2) Patients without neuropsychiatric symptoms; (3) Age 18-55 years; (4) Female; (5) Right-handed ; (6) Can cooperate with MRl and neuropsychological examination; 3.Inclusion criteria for the healthy control group: (1) Age and gender were matched with those of the case group. (2) Right hand. (3) Other conditions were the same as those of the case group.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with serious diseases of other systems. 2. Patients with central nervous system diseases. 3. Other rheumatic immune system diseases. 4. History of neuropsychiatry. 5. Smokers, drug addicts or alcoholics. 6. Do not undergo MRI examinations. 7. Unable to cooperate with neuropsychological tests;
