Test group:Complete mesorectal excision surgery using laparoscopic system and light source navigation
Control group:Complete mesorectal excision surgery using only laparoscopic system

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The primary lesion was diagnosed as adenocarcinoma through endoscopic biopsy and histopathological examination; 2. The patient is aged between 18 and 85 years old; 3. Preoperative AJCC staging I II(A/B/C)III (A/B/C)IV (A/B/C); 4. We plan to undergo radical surgery and expect to achieve R0 surgical results.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing emergency surgery; 2. Tumors that are huge or have extensively invaded surrounding tissues and cannot achieve R0 resection; 3. Patients with other diseases requiring simultaneous surgery; 4. History of major abdominal and pelvic surgeries
