Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 60 years old; 2. Planned elective surgery under general anesthesia; 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists rating I-II; 4. New York Heart Association Heart Function Score Level I; 5. There are no contraindications related to the medication used in this study; 6. Sign informed consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Merge severe cardiovascular diseases (acute heart failure, myocardial infarction, etc.); 2. Patients at serious risk of elevated blood pressure or intracranial pressure; 3. Combined neurological disorders (such as preeclampsia and eclampsia) or a history of severe mental disorders; 4. History of liver and kidney dysfunction; 5. Patients who are allergic to the drugs used in the research institute; 6. Participants in other clinical trials in the past 3 months
