Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. We plan to recruit GDM pregnant women who undergo planned cesarean section and have good blood glucose control at the Third Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat sen University for a single center recruitment. Inclusion criteria: singleton, diagnosed with GDM during this pregnancy, good blood glucose control after dietary control or use of hypoglycemic drugs during pregnancy: pre meal: 3.3-5.3mmol/L; 4.4-6.7 mmol/L 2 hours after meals, HbA1c= 37 weeks, and undergoing planned cesarean section and spinal anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency cesarean section, general anesthesia, previous gastric emptying disorder, severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction, severe hypertension (BP >= 160/110mmHg), autoimmune disease, active infection, GDM of grade B and above, pre pregnancy diabetes, complete placenta previa, psychosocial disease, and severe fetal malformation.
