Group:H-H:Maintain EtCO2 40-45 mmHg and FiO2 80% during surgery
Group:H-L:Maintain EtCO2 40-45 mmHg and FiO2 30% during surgery

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=65 years; 2. ASA physical status I-III; 3. Patients scheduled for elective abdominal, urological, or orthopedic surgeries under general anesthesia. 4. Expected extubation with operation time over one hour;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined heart diseases (such as NYHA cardiac function classification >= grade 3, coronary heart disease, heart valve disease (moderate to severe)); 2. Central nervous system diseases and mental disorders; 3. History of treatment with antidepressants or sedatives; 4. Unable to cooperate with the researcher for any reason; 5. Enrolled in other clinical studies;
