Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meets the diagnostic criteria for schizophrenia as outlined in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition (DSM-5); 2.Age range:18-60 years old; 3.PANSS score>=60; 4.Agrees to cooperate with fNIRS, MRI, or LT monitoring/therapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Presents with severe agitation/impulsivity and self-harm/suicidal tendencies; 2.Has contraindications for treatment (e.g., individuals with intracranial metal implants); 3.Received electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) within the past month; 4.Pregnancy; 5.History of alcohol or psychoactive substance abuse, severe somatic diseases; 6.Intellectual impairment (IQ <90; 7.Contraindications for Light Therapy (ophthalmic conditions such as glaucoma/cataracts, dermatological conditions including systemic lupus erythematosus/actinic dermatitis, etc.).
