Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.age 18-80 years; 2.the clinical diagnosis is clear, there are pancreatic and lower bile duct lesions, the proposed pancreatic surgery, the indications for surgery are clear; 3.the patient can eat orally, can tolerate a single oral dose of 500 ml of gastrointestinal contrast medium;4. the patient can be perfected before the operation of the MRI examination, the lesion can be resected and sent to the pathology department of the pathology department to obtain pathological diagnosis; 5. the patient and his family members of the clinical research of the informed consent and signed the relevant informed consent form. The patients and their families gave their informed consent to this clinical trial and signed the relevant informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.various reasons can not eat by mouth, or the need for clinical needs fasting; 2.the patient can not be examined to tolerate fasting for 8 hours; 3.previous hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism; 4. the existence of gastrointestinal tract tumours, obstruction, inflammatory bowel disease or history of gastrointestinal tract surgery; 5. gastrointestinal ultrasound image quality is poor, can not image analysis; 6. can not be autonomy or assistance to turn over to cooperate with the doctor to carry out the examination of multiple positions; 7.patients allergic to ultrasound aids; 8. other physical and mental diseases can not tolerate gastrointestinal ultrasound.
