65 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Agreed to participate in the study and signed the informed consent; 2.Patients with hip fractures to be treated surgically; 3.Age >= 65 years; 4.BMI <= 28kg/m^2; 5.The ASA I-IV.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Inability to communicate before surgery (coma, severe visual impairment or hearing impairment); 2. History of severe heart, liver or kidney diseases; 3. History of neurological disease or psychiatric disorder; 4. The operation time > 3 hours. 5.Patients with RASS score of - 4 or - 5
