Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for cardiovascular diseases; (2) Age >=60 years old; (3) Do not need verbal and behavioral help during the test, and can cooperate with neuropsychological and motor tests.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with clinical diagnosis of dementia, Parkinson's disease, stroke or neurological impairment left over from craniocerebral trauma; (2) Unable to cooperate with investigators due to serious hearing, visual impairment or mental illness; (3) Lumbar disc herniation, lower limb vascular disease or other neuromuscular system diseases that cause mobility impairment; (4) severe heart dysfunction, various acute and chronic infections, liver and kidney dysfunction and malignant tumors; (5) ADL<60 score; (6) Poor compliance or incomplete data.
