Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age= 18 years old; (2) Colorectal cancer that has been clinically diagnosed and meets the Chinese Colorectal Cancer Diagnosis and Treatment Standards (2023 Edition) is intended for elective surgery; (3) the presence of psychological distress (DT>= 4 points); (4) Know the condition and have normal cognition, reading and writing skills; (5) Informed consent and ability to cooperate with the completion.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Have other serious mental illnesses and cognitive impairments; (2) Combined with other malignant tumors or other serious diseases such as heart, liver and kidney.
