Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Planned to perform spinal anesthesia for anorectal surgeries, such as anal fissures, anal fistulas, perianal abscesses, mixed hemorrhoids, etc.; 2. No gender restrictions; 3. No age restrictions; 4. Normal lower limb nerve function before surgery, without soft tissue injuries or skin pressure ulcers; 5. Informed consent, voluntarily participating in this trial, the subject themselves signing the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The surgical position is prone, lithotomy, or other non-lateral decubitus positions; or changes in the surgical position during the procedure, such as switching from lateral to prone position, etc.; 2. The main anesthesia method is not lumbar anesthesia, such as combined epidural anesthesia, or general anesthesia with muscle relaxants, etc.; 3. Placement of an epidural analgesia pump after the procedure; 4. Research participants have serious communication barriers due to various reasons such as severe hearing loss; 5. Presence of nerve and soft tissue injuries in the lower limbs or pressure ulcers before the procedure; 6. Refusal to participate in this study; 7. Those deemed inappropriate by the researchers.
