Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who underwent elective open-chest heart surgery January 2019 to January 2025 were collected, including both sexes, aged >=18 years, ASA grade II-IV

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1).Those severe preoperative liver and kidney dysfunction, (2) undergo secondary thoracotomy after the operation, (3) lack of abdominal CT data within 1 month before surgery, (4) incomplete data on weight, height and serum albumin were excluded.
