18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) PSA>10ng/ml, regardless of fPSA/PSA or PSAD abnormalities; (2) abnormal digital rectal examination; (3) PSA 4-10 ng/ml, combined with fPSA/PSA or PSAD abnormalities; (4) Multi-parametric magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) was performed before operation and abnormal results were found; (5) Male patients, aged 18-80 years;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) patients with prostate cancer diagnosed by biopsy but refused or unable to undergo surgery; (2) prostate cancer after endocrine therapy and chemoradiotherapy; (3) postoperative prostate cancer; (4) Lack of complete dynamic ultrasound video images or poor image quality.
