Group P:Anesthesia will be induced and maintained using total intravenous anesthesia with propofol as the main drug
Group C:Anesthesia will be induced and maintained using total intravenous anesthesia with ciprofol as the main drug
Group R:Anesthesia will be induced and maintained using total intravenous anesthesia with remimazolam as the main drug

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients scheduled for transapical TAVR surgery under general anesthesia;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients in a coma, with hypovolemia or shock and using vasoactive drugs; 2.Patients with combined mental disorders, long-term use of psychotropic drugs or cognitive dysfunction; 3.Patients with a history of alcohol abuse or drug abuse within the past two years; 4.Patients who are planned to be sent to the ICU with a tracheal tube; 5.Patients with contraindications to benzodiazepines, opioids, propofol, muscle relaxants or study drugs; 6.Patients unable to participate in the research for any reason;
