Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Normal weight inclusion criteria: 1.Within 12 hours of delivery of 37-41 +6 weeks of pregnancy, suitable for gestational age children, male or female; 2.Weight: >=2.5kg and =8 at 1min and 5min after birth; 4.Single live birth. Small for gestational Age (SGA) inclusion criteria: 1. Infants who are small for gestational age within 12 hours of delivery at 37-41 +6 weeks of gestation, male or female; 2. Weight: >=1.5kg and < 2.5kg; 3. Single live birth. Inclusion criteria for premature infants: 1.Gestational age of 28 weeks - less than 37 weeks of delivery within 12 hours suitable for gestational age children, male or female; 2.Single live birth.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Newborns who recover from asphyxia after resuscitation; 2. Newborns with neonatal diseases or malformations that affect connection or sucking, such as hypoxic encephalopathy, short tongue frenum, cleft lip and palate, congenital heart disease with heart dysfunction, nervous system malformations, respiratory diseases (excluding common respiratory diseases such as pneumonia), genetic syndromes, etc.; 3. Pregnant women who suffer from serious organic diseases and cannot communicate normally; 4. The neonatal guardian refuses to participate in the study; 5. The researcher thinks that other reasons are not suitable for the researcher.
