Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Organ donors with no underlying diseases or long-term use of antibiotics in the past.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with a history of intestinal diseases and long-term use of antibiotics; 2.Patients with metabolic syndrome; 3.Patients with a history of malignant tumors and immune deficiencies.
