Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Non-emergency surgery, ASAI-III; 2. Age 18-70 years old, undergoing radical mastectomy for breast cancer patients; 3. No Chinese reading and writing disabilities; 4. Elementary school or above literacy level, no obstacle in Mandarin communication; 5. Not currently taking psychiatric drugs; 6. Willing to participate in the program, patients agree to participate and sign the program informed consent form;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of cerebrovascular disease, cerebrovascular accident, head injury or surgery; 2. History of chronic pain or acute pain episodes 3. History of comorbid neurological or psychiatric disorders (major depression, schizophrenia, etc.), any condition that prevents them from remaining still (e.g., ADHD, Parkinson's, etc.); 4. Those who are unable to complete video capture or are unable to cooperate due to various uncontrollable factors; 5. Postoperative delirium, inability to assess the patient
