Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with primary aldosteronism via screening and confirmatory testing (saline loading test or captopril test), aged 30 to 75 years, and without significant cardiac, hepatic, or renal impairment were included.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant or breastfeeding women;2.Patients with other serious medical conditions, such as a history of acute myocardial infarction or stroke within the past year, who are unable to tolerate surgery.
