Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pancreatic cancer cohort 1. Surgery at our hospital; 2. Pathologic confirmation of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma; Neoadjuvant treatment cohorts 1. Surgery at our hospital; 2. Pathologic confirmation of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma; 3. Patients undergo neoadjuvant therapy before surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pancreatic Cancer Cohort 1.Patients lost to follow-up; 2.Quality issues with HE pathological slides; 3.Preoperative neoadjuvant therapy; 4.No preoperative enhanced CT images; 5.Patients have other malignant tumors; Neoadjuvant Therapy Cohort 1.Patients lost to follow-up; 2.Quality issues with HE pathological slides; 3.No preoperative enhanced CT images; 4.Patients have other malignant tumors.
