Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with end-stage chronic renal failure who have been treated for hemodialysis for more than 3 months have stable condition and should be dialysed three times a week for four hours each time. 2) Clear consciousness, normal intelligence, no history of mental illness or personality disorder. 3) Patients who voluntarily participate in this study and sign an informed consent form. 4) Conduct a current survey on the status of dialysis adequacity of patients in the center before the intervention; patients with a KT/V index of less than 1.3.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. There are severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases (except for hypertensive nephropathy), endocrine (except for diabetic nephropathy), People with serious diseases such as hematopoietic system and unstable vital signs; 2. Combined with severe water, electrolyte, acid-base balance disorder, anemia, CKD-MBD, severe infection; 3. Those who can't understand and cooperate with the treatment; 4. Those who have cognitive disorders and mental illness; 5. People with movement disorders; 6. Blood pressure should not exceed 180/110mmHg or less than 90/75mmHg; 7.SPO2<90%;
