In this study, subjects who met the criteria of a + B or A + C or A + B + C were identified as having sarcopenia, and no more than once a week for 6 months regular sports training, 3 normal language communication, 4 to obtain written informed consent. 3.No regular resistance exercise was carried out in the first 6 months, and no more than once a week in the past 6 months. 4.Normal language communication was carried out. 5.Written informed consent was obtained.
