Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The occupation is "respiratory therapist or doctor/nurse who works part-time as a respiratory therapist" or "rehabilitation therapist or doctor/nurse who works part-time as a rehabilitation therapist"; 2. The city or region where the work is located belongs to the Chinese mainland; 3. The department where the individual works admits or manages adult patients with tracheotomy. 4. Complete and submit the electronic questionnaire.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Refuse to sign the informed consent form. 2. Fail to complete the questionnaire or withdraw from the survey halfway through. 3. Other invalid questionnaires, such as those with illogical responses or missing key information.
