18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Rotator cuff full-thickness tear live Elman III partial tear; 2. Arthroscopic double-row suture; 3. Aged 18-65 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with giant rotator cuff tears; 2. Obvious shoulder joint stiffness before surgery; 3. Shoulder instability, severe shoulder osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, tumors, infections, tuberculosis, etc.; 4. Distal clavicle resection is required; 5. History of previous shoulder surgery; 6. Have received intra-articular injection treatment (glucocorticoids, sodium hyaluronate, PRP, etc.) within three months before surgery; 7. Other diseases that are contraindicated or not suitable for glucocorticoids, or have a history of glucocorticoid allergy.
