Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for cognitive frailty symptoms: Fried frailty phenotype score >= 3 (including 5 assessment indicators: unintentional weight loss, fatigue, low physical activity, slow walking speed, and reduced grip strength; meeting any 3 indicates frailty), MMSE score >= 19; (2) Age >= 65 years; (3) Resided in a nursing facility for at least 1 month; (4) Clear consciousness, stable vital signs, able to communicate normally; (5) Informed consent to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Suffering from severe organ dysfunction; 2.The elderly person has already suffered from Alzheimer's disease or other severe cognitive impairments.
